- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very rude staff member on 21st November who watched an elderly lady struggle with the door - I helped her myself, then same staff member left a drawer dangerously open so anyone could trip over it. When it was mentioned by my mother in law and husband she got very defensive and rolled her eyes, we all make mistakes but her reaction was so unprofessional I was very shocked.
